When would I use Recommended Email, Suggestions, or both?
Within Vault CRM, there are different options to surface recommendations of Emails to your field users.
When do I use Recommended Email?
As you have learned, Recommended Email allows you to publish fully prepared compliant emails for your end users to send to their targets via marketing campaigns.
When do I use Suggestion emails?
Suggestion emails can be presented to your end users to send to their targets and suggest call dates and times, but does not have the ability to be scheduled for sending. Suggestions prompts the user to send the email and it is up to the field user to determine if they should take action on sending the email or dismiss it.
When would I use both?
There are use cases where you can use both Recommended Emails as well as Suggestions depending on the use case. Both can be used for different purposes and compliment each other nicely.
For example, your organization has a new launch or product indication, and you want to send out a particular email to multiple targets on a certain day and time. This is where Recommended Email with a scheduled send is helpful. The information on the campaign is reported back real time and tied back to the Campaigns within Vault CRM.
Additionally, you may have business rules to reach out to an HCP at least once every 90 days via channels including email. A Suggestions email can be used to suggest an email to the HCP if they meet this criteria. It is up to the field user to take action on this Suggestion or choose to dismiss it.
